Yes, it is all due to Android and its popularity that Samsung and HTC have seen a big positive change in the market share. India which is the second largest mobile market of the world was the biggest market for Nokia in the world. They’ve yet retained their first position this year but there has been a big downfall in their hold on Indian market.

If the same pace is retained by Samsung, they will replace Nokia soon. The figure which surprised me the most is the fact that inspite of providing good Android phones and being the first one to bring out dual core processor phone, LG has yet lost the market by huge margin. The reason behind this was beyond my thinking ability. If you have a solid reason for it, let us know.
